Raymond Full Gospel Baptist Church 2410 4th. Ave E. Palmetto, FL. 34221., Repast will be held in Mt. Raymond Full Baptist Church Annex. Joseph Graduated from Manatee High School. His Religious Affiliation was African Methodist Episcopal. Joseph worked as Chef. Joseph was Predeceased by his Grand Parents Mr. Mose and Mrs. Altamese Harrell and Stepfather Mr. Jerry Brown.  He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Mrs. Marchelle D. Harrell, father Mr. Carl Baldwin. Son Joseph Carl Baldwin Jr. Brothers – Wendall James Martin (Tiara), Jason Scott Harrell (Chrishanta), Dwight Baldwin, Jerry Brown Jr., Gary Gerald (Janae) Gene Spearmon. Sister’s – Janice Jackson (Keinan), Jasmine Burce, Takesha Brown, LaToya Woodside (Derrick), Sonia Underhill (Perry), Chrystal Brown, Jerrica Conley, Tiffany Brown, Latavia Simmons (Dennis),Yaprecia Richardson (God Sister).
