Ms. Billie Ruth Harris was born on April 6, 1939, in Tifton, Georgia. She attended Booker High School and was a homemaker. Billie enjoyed fishing, garage sales, playing checkers, cards and spades. She liked to attend parties and get together’s and in her later years she loved to watch
