Mr. Mike Brown “Pop Pooh”

Mike Brown, affectionately called “Pop Pooh” by family and friends, was born on
October 7, 1962, in Sarasota, Florida to Willie Brown, Sr. and Vera Mae Brown.

Mike was a graduate of the Sarasota County School System. He was a member of United
Kingdom International and attended services at Pentecostal Church of God.

“Pop Pooh” was an avid lover of cars, karaoke, and 3-wheel bicycles, but his greatest
love was scriptures. When you saw him coming you knew he was coming with a word:
NO GOD, NO PEACE…KNOW GOD, KNOW PEACE!

Mike Brown transitioned from this earthly life into eternal rest on September 2, 2023,
Sarasota, Florida.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Willie Brown, Sr. and Vera Mae
Brown, sister, Debra Brown and brother, Darrington Brown.

Those left to cherish his memories…
* Brothers: Andrew Brown (Carmen “Pat”) and Willie Brown, Jr.;
* Sisters: Lillian “Doll” Baker, Shelia Brown and Connie Brown;
* Special nieces: Tina Brown-Higdon (Demetric), Christy Brown,
Carina Jackson, Carlotta Jackson, Dominique Brown, Lakesha Brown
and Airel Baker;
*And a host of nieces and nephews that he loved, laughed, and
raced with.
