Mrs. Fannie Evans, 81 of Sarasota, FL passed on September 11, 2023, She was born in Gloster, Mississippi. Prior to her retirement, she worked for the Aerospace division of the Federal Government as a Secretary. She leaves behind two children to mourn her death: a daughter, Cosette Brown of Sarasota, FL and a son, Joseph Downs, Jr, of Los Angeles, CA, 3 grandsons, Antione, Desmond, Joseph III, and one great grandson, Joseph Amir, and a host of other family and friends. Services are private.
