Baby Aaliyah Goldsmith, just a mere two months after her birth on December 14, 2021, earned her beautiful angel wings and met the eyes of Jesus on March 5, 2022.
Aaliyah leaves beautiful and cherished memories of her short life to her parents, Julisa Daniela Garcia and Gerald Sterling Goldsmith, II; her favorite sibling, Mya Goldsmith; her paternal grandparents, Gerald S. Goldsmith Sr., and Tracey Goldsmith; and her maternal grandparents, Juana S. Gomez (Victor Hugo Garza Lopez) and Jacinto Garcia (Laura Zapata).
Visitation will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 19, 2022, Chandler’s Funeral Home, 1425 Dr. Martin L. King, Jr. Way, Sarasota, FL. A Homegoing Celebration will be held immediately after the visitation at 1 p.m. at the C. L. Chandler Memorial Chapel at the Funeral Home. Interment is at Palms Memorial Park, Sarasota, FL. Chandler’s Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
