Ernest Wambach, 74, of Bradenton, FL passed away on September 15th with his caregiver Stephanie by his side.
Ernie was born on May 24, 1949 in Philadelphia PA. He was a son of the late John and Phoebe Wambach. He was also pre-deceased by his sister and brother-in-law Tommy and Margaret Carl, his sister-in-law Helen Wambach and a nephew Danny Carl. Surviving are his brother John Wambach of Maple Shade NJ, 3 nieces and 3 nephews. He was very close to his neighbors Graham and Ginny. He lived in Maple Shade NJ until moving with his parents to Venice FL.
He worked at Venice hospital for several years in maintenance and then for the United States Postal Service until his retirement. He was an avid Philadelphia Phillies and Philadelphia Flyers fan. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

I knew Ernie years ago when I too worked at Venice Hospital.
Just tonight I found an article of him as Employee of The Month. This prompted me to look him up online.
I was sad to hear that what I found was about his passing.
Hopefully he had a great life! RIP!
